An innocent new born baby was found lifeless on Tuesday the 14th in a dirty canal very close to the entrance of Lagos University Teaching Hospital.
They rushed her to the place with the hope of rescuing but alas! She has died. The baby might have been dumped there overnight.
Why do this to an innocent helpless child?
May her soul rest in peace.
